Hello, my name is Nitol Sikdar and I am the ABA supervisor here at White Glove. I work as a guide for our ABA therapist on this journey to help our community achieve real goals. Thank you to all the ABA service providers, who have positively made White Glove a cut above the rest. Here at White Glove, we firmly believe in the ability to create engaging circumstances in a child’s natural environment, where ABA strategies are most effective, useful, and productive. ABA stands for Applied Behavior Analysis, a scientific technique used to understand, learn, and change behavior. The providers learn about the child’s behaviors, the way they learn, and their environment, before merging with parents to teach new skills which propel child’s growth. Every one of the providers here at White Glove, no matter where we are providing services, the home, daycare, playground or in the community, is driven by the desire to help children become more independent and successful in the short term, as well as, in the future.
